20.05.2026 Public Procurement Meeting (Riigihangete Treff)
On 20 May 2026, Kristina participated as a moderator at the annual Public Procurement Forum (Riigihangete Treff), a traditional event focusing on key topics in the field of public procurement.In addition, Kristina delivered a presentation entitled “Ready for Emergencies? Establishing Shelters and Shelter Spaces in the Context of Public Procurement.” The purpose of the presentation was to provide practical guidance on how to address the obligation to establish shelter spaces and shelters in procurement procedures and contracts, in light of the amendments to the Emergency Act that will enter into force on 1 July 2026.
