Kristina Uuetoa-Tepper
Kristina has practiced as an attorney-at-law for more than 25 years, preceded by experience at a notary’s office and as a corporate lawyer. Her career as a court lawyer commenced when specialization was not a possibility. Over the years, this broad range of knowledge and experience, together with the ability to see both the bigger picture and the finer details, has further developed and become an integral part of counseling.
Kristina has participated as a lecturer in various conferences and seminars over the years and has prepared and provided numerous legal presentations and lectures designed to meet the specific wishes and needs of individual clients.
Main areas of practice: real estate development projects and related administrative procedure and challenge and court proceedings; contracts and other advisory services in the fields of construction design, construction and owner supervision; environmental permits; company law; public procurement advisory services, including preparation of tenders, participation in procurement procedure and representation at the Public Procurement Review Committee (in 100+ disputes), as well as proceedings concerning repayment of grants and financial correction decisions; representation in 200+ civil and administrative litigation etc.

- In 2008, Kristina founded the law firm Tepper & Partners, previously she practiced at the law firm Tehver & Partners and for an extended period of time at the LEADELL Pilv Law Office.

Olga has been practicing as an attorney since 2023 preceded by experience as a lawyer at law offices and notary’s office. Olga’s primary area of legal practice has been private law, which alongside advising clients on daily basis in matters related to corporate law, contracts and employment, includes considerable experience in representing clients in court disputes.
Main areas of practice: various matters related to the law of obligations, including contract, corporate, employment, medical and family law; enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings; advisory services in various permit proceeding including environmental and construction sectors; representation at the Labour Dispute Committee and the Consumer Disputes Committee, as well as in civil and administrative court proceedings.

Katrin has practiced as a lawyer for more than 25 years in private and public sectors. Her early career included work as a bailiff followed by specialization in administrative procedure during master’s studies. With long-term advisory experience in public sector, including the Environmental Inspectorate and the Estonian Defence Forces, Katrin has extensive expertise and experience in various civil and administrative law matters.
Katrin has prepared a large number of legal analyses, draft administrative acts, challenge decisions, conducted supervision proceedings and seminars on administrative procedure etc.
Main areas of practice: environmental law, including nature conservation restrictions, related administrative and supervision proceedings, challenge and court proceedings; public procurements; construction law, including related permit procedures, enforcement orders and contractual disputes; civil service; cooperation of administrative authorities; enforcement procedure; civil and administrative court proceedings.

Eliise has studied Information Management at the University of Tartu and Estonian Philology at Tallinn University, specializing in the reviewer-editor program, which has provided her with strong linguistic expertise. In addition to editing texts and translation work, Eliise has extensive practical experience in client communication as well as in information and document management.
Eliise handles all matters related to the daily functioning of the office and client service, including organizing the management of the office’s IT systems and documents, as well as coordinating information exchange related to billing and accounting. Eliise assists the lawyers with editing and translating texts, as well as compiling and analyzing information from databases.
