In 1998 obtained a Bachelor's degree in law at the University of Tartu (officially equivalent to Master's degree). Has worked at the Ministry of Justice, notary's office, Ühendatud Kapital AS group and as a trainee at the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Estonia.
Has a more than 25 year long extensive experience in giving counsel to companies in the field of construction, real estate and services in matters relating to civil and public law and representating parties to negotiations, court proceedings and disputes. Has performed at numerous conferences and carried out esteemed legal trainings.

In 2011 obtained a Master’s degree in law at the University of Tartu. From 2009 has worked at a credit institution, bailiff’s office during which he passed the bailiff’s exam and at the Centre of Registers and Information Systems, an agency in the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice, where he participated as a counsellor in developing the national and international information systems for enforcement proceedings.
Main areas of practice are contract law, litigation, enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings, public procurements, IT law.
